How it feels

How it tastes

On the nose are bright aromas of fresh strawberry, green vines and delicate tea. Bright acidity and elegant tannins come with dry redcurrant, floral green tea, and a lick of chili. Notes of fermented apricot are carried by silky bubbles to a lingering finish of black tea and subtle fruits.
