Delicious Non-Alcoholic Cocktails to Celebrate World Cocktail Day!

It’s World Cocktail Day, cheers! Time to have some fun making and drinking non-alcoholic cocktails, we have put together a few easy and fun recipes for you to try. Whether you are pacing your alcohol intake or want to skip the alcohol altogether, either way we have you covered. Check out these tasty recipes to get the celebrations started.

Pacific Reverie


Ingredients:
2 oz Wilderton Earthen
1 oz Pineapple-coconut juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Demerara syrup
3 dashes aromatic bitters

Recipe:

Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds and Italian cherries. Add a whole cinnamon stick and briefly torch the tip with a lighter to add cinnamon smoke aroma.

Pickled Cranberry Gibson


Ingredients:
3 oz The Spirit of Gin chilled from the fridge
3 pickled cranberries from OlyKraut Probiotics
A drizzle of pickle juice.

Recipe:
Just build the cocktail in a frozen coupe or martini glass.

Bax Bramble

 

Ingredients:

2 oz Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn
2 tsp blackberry syrup*
4 oz Fever-tree Sicilian lemonade
Lemon, blackberries, and mint to garnish

Recipe:

First, make the blackberry syrup.
1 cup of water, 1 cup sugar, 1 1/4 cups of fresh or frozen blackberries. Simmer gently for 20 minutes. Cover and leave to cool. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve and store in a sterilized bottle for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

Shake the Bax Botanics and Blackberry syrup with ice and strain into a tall glass over ice. Top with Sicilian lemonade and garnish.

*If no time to make the blackberry syrup try a spoonful of blackberry jam or jelly

Ritual Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz. Ritual whiskey alternative
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 egg white
Lemon slice or wedge

Recipe:

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake until frothy. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon slice or wedge, if desired.
