Time to celebrate! With Easter upon us it’s the perfect time to get together, catch up, and of course break bread with drinks. The best thing about celebrating with non-alcoholic beverages is that you don’t get any of the side effects you would with alcohol, you can sip on sophistication worry free. Below are a few easy to make recipes that you may want to include in your upcoming brunch plans, cheers!
Garden Party
Ingredients:
- 2.5oz Eva's Spritz
- 1.5oz Seedlip Grove
- 1.5oz Fevertree Elderflower Tonic
Add all ingredients into a Collins glass over ice. Stir gently. Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
Cheeky Wilfred’s Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1oz London Dry Gin
- 2oz Wilfred’s Aperitif
- 4oz Premium Tonic Water
Add ice to a large wine glass and add gin and Wilfred’s. Tope with tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Seedlip Mary
Ingredients:
- 20z Seedlip Garden 108
- 4oz Tomato Juice
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Dashes Tabasco or To Taste
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker & top w/ ice. To mix, gently pour the cocktail from the small cocktail tin into the large cocktail tin, doing this a few times until the drink is mixed well.
Pink Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 2.5 oz The Spirit of Gin
- 3 oz of excellent tonic water
- 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
- A couple of dried rose buds
In a large wine glass add 1 large ice cube, 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters and the rest of the ingredients. Stir to integrate the bitters, sip, and enjoy.
