It was so popular that many distilleries were opened in Kentucky, which is where bourbon is made today. What better way to celebrate the birth of bourbon whiskey than with an old fashioned cocktail. Spiritless Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ oz.  Spiritless Kentucky 74
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 3 Dashes Alcohol-Free Bitters
Recipe: Combine in double rocks glass and add ice. Stir until chilled.

The Sazerac
Ingredients:
- 2.5 oz The Spirit of Bourbon
- 1 oz Tarragon Syrup*
- 3 droppers of All the Bitters New Orleans Style Bitters for an alcohol free cocktail
- 1 lemon peel
Recipe: Add the ingredients to a mixing glass except the lemon peel. Stir and strain into a chilled rocks glass then zest with a lemon peel.
*To make tarragon syrup:
In a small saucepan, heat ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water and 4 tarragon sprigs to a simmer. Stir until the sugar has dissolved then remove from heat and allow to cool. Once cool, remove tarragon sprigs and store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Ritual Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Ritual whiskey alternative
- 1 dash plain water
- 2 dashes alcohol-free bittersÂ
- 1 sugar cube or 1 oz simple syrup
- Orange slice and cherry
Recipe: Saturate sugar cube with bitters or add to simple syrup. Add a dash of plain water. Muddle and mix. Add ice and Ritual whiskey alternative. Stir. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry. Serve in an old fashioned glass.

Gnista Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2oz Gnista Barreled Oak
- 4 dashes non alcoholic bitters
- 1 tsp Brown cane sugar
- Garnish: orange twist
Recipe: Add the ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a chilled rocks glass then garnish with orange twist.
