Ritual Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
2 oz. Ritual whiskey alternative
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 egg white
Lemon slice or wedge
Method:
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake until frothy. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon slice or wedge, if desired.
Bourbon Meyer Lemon Sour
Ingredients:
3 oz The Spirit of Bourbon
¾ oz Meyer lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
¼ oz aquafaba (the strained liquid from a can of chickpeas)
Method:
In an iced cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and shake well. Strain over ice in a bucket glass or up into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry and meyer lemon peel
Spiritless Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
2 oz. Spiritless Kentucky 74
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Egg Whites (optional)
Orange Wheel
Cherry
Method:
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a highball or double rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with cherry and orange wheel.
