Ingredients:
2oz Kin High Rhode
1oz coconut milk
1oz pineapple juice
1 pinch of spirulina
1 bar spoon of ginger syrup
1 pinch of cinnamon
Cubed ice
Method:Â Pour ingredients into shaker, add ice, and shake mindfully for 30 seconds. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with a pinch of cinnamon and your favorite garnish.

Basic Witch
Ingredients:
2 oz Ritual Whiskey Alternative
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz pumpkin spice syrup
1/4 oz orgeat
Freshly grated nutmeg, cinnamon stick garnish
Method: Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a glass and top with ice. Add garnish.

The Modish Spirit
Ingredients:
2 oz The Spirit of Tequila
1/8 oz orange-scented agave*
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Flamed orange peel
Method:Â Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into a rocks glass. To garnish, flame the orange peel over the drink, then drop it in (take a thick peel of firm skinned orange, light a match & express oil through the flame).
*ORANGE-SCENTED AGAVE:
Combine ½ cup agave and ½ cup water with half an orange zested and squeezed. Strain out any solids.

Non-Alcoholic Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
2 ounces non-alcoholic rum, like Ritual Rum Alternative
2 ounces The Pathfinder Hemp & Root
3-6 droppers of All the Bitter Orange Bitters
½ ounce pure maple syrup
1 tsp craft instant coffee (we recommend Perc Brazil Blend)
3-4 espresso beans, to garnish
Method: In a cocktail shaker, pour non-alcoholic rum, The Pathfinder, Orange Bitters, maple syrup, and instant coffee. Dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake for an additional 30 seconds. Strain through a hawthorn strainer into coupe glass. Give the cocktail shaker a little jiggle and swirl while straining to get every last bit of foam. Float 3-4 espresso beans (or more, if you like!) on the foam to garnish.
