Ritual Pineapple Rum Punch


Ingredients:
2 oz. Ritual Rum Alternative
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. coconut water
Sparkling water or ginger beer to top.

Method:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour over more ice. Top with sparkling water or ginger beer.

 

NOT R*M DARK AND STORMY

Ingredients:
2 oz STRYKK NOT R*M
4 oz cola
Lime wedge for garnish

Method:
Fill a glass with ice. Add STRYKK NOT R*M and top with cola. Garnish with lime.

Lyre’s White Cane Spirit Piña Colada

Ingredients:
2.5 oz. Lyre's White Cane Spirit
2.5 oz. fresh young coconut water
0.75 oz white sugar syrup (1:1)
6 fresh inch pineapple chunks

Method:
Muddle/press pineapple chunks in shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice, shake hard. Strain into glass, fill with fresh cubed ice. Garnish with Plump Mint Sprig, Pineapple Wedge. Serve in highball glass.

 

DanISH Cuban

 

Ingredients:
1.6 oz Chateau del ISH, Sparkling White
2 oz RumISH
2 dash Angostura
Mint leaves
1 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Gomme

Method
Add all ingredients except for Sparkling White. Shake and strain into coupette glass and top with Sparkling White. Garnish with mint.
