Availability and Stock Discrepancies

We strive to keep accurate stock counts on our website. However, sometimes discrepancies occur, and we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order immediately. In such cases, we'll ship the available products and back order the rest, shipping them as soon as they become available.

Shipping Methods and Costs

• Carrier: We primarily ship via UPS.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $200 USD are eligible for free shipping.
• Standard Shipping: For orders under $200, shipping costs are based on weight and distance from our Fulfillment Center. These costs will be collected at the time of purchase.
• Insurance Charge: A nominal fee of $0.89 is added to all orders to cover replacement insurance, ensuring hassle-free replacements if needed.
• Geographic Exclusions: Free shipping offers do not include Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• P.O. Box Shipping: We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Military Address Shipping: Shipping to military addresses within the United States is available using USPS. Courier services are not available for these addresses.

Delivery Terms

• Domestic Transit Time: Generally, shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from the order payment date. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, except on national holidays.
• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Winter Shipping Notice

To mitigate the risk of freezing, we adjust our shipping strategy during the winter:

• Weather Monitoring: We monitor nationwide weather and time shipments to avoid extreme conditions, which may add to fulfillment time.
• Shipping Days: Orders are shipped primarily on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday shipments depend on forecasted temperatures and destination.
• Insulated Packaging: Shipments may include insulated liners and heat packs, incurring a $2 charge for additional materials. This helps maintain the product's temperature in transit and may slightly delay fulfillment.
