What is Subscribe & Save? 

Subscribe & Save gives you the freedom to set up recurring orders on all the products in my store. This allows you to get your favorites products delivered to you at the frequency of your choice for 10% OFF savings on every order.

How do I manage my Subscribe & Save order?

You can manage your subscriptions by logging into your account and clicking the "manage subscriptions" button. From there, you can change the shipment date, adjust the frequency, skip or pause an order, expedite a shipment, or cancel your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription? 

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and clicking the "manage subscriptions" button. From there, simply click "Cancel Subscription".

Will I be notified when my next order is shipping? 

Yes! You'll get an email 5 days before your next shipment to let you know your order is about to be fulfilled. This will be your last chance to make any last minute adjustments, pause, or cancel your subscription before it ships. Be sure to check your spam folder for this reminder email.

How does The Mindful Drinking Subscription billing work?

Billing for monthly, and bimonthly, subscriptions takes place at the time of purchase for the first month and then on the 1st day of each subsequent month for the duration of the subscription.

When are the Mindful Drinking shipments sent out? 

All The Mindful Drinking shipments get sent out during the first week of each month. Customers who subscribe on or prior to the 1st day of the month will be included in the subsequent month's subscription shipment. Customers who subscribe after the 1st day of the month will be included in the following month's club shipment as the cut-off date for each club shipment is the 1st day of the month.
