Pierre Zéro Sparkling Rosé Non-Alcoholic Wine

Pierre Zéro Rosé Sparkling non-alcoholic sparkling rose wine is produced in France. Dressed with a pale salmon pink color with bright reflections, Pierre Zéro Rosé Sparkling has fine bubbles that are delicate and persistent. The nose with muscat, floral and fruity aromas of currants and raspberries, on the palate gives way to this beautiful full dew foam softness and freshness.

Perfect as an accompaniment to barbecue, red meat and cheese.

Grape varieties: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Merlot.

Making process:
The grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of the low night temperatures. The vinification and the production process are then carried out using traditional methods. A de-alcoholisation stage takes place in order to bestow on Pierre 0% its true significance. The bubbles are produced, the alcohol-free sparkling wine is bottled before being dressed in its unique style.
